 As you know, this is my first purchase of a home and you made it a very pleasurable experience.  I had gone to see other homes with other realtors, but I kept seeing everything I did not want in a home; then I met you and I wanted to buy every home you showed me. 

Also, I had no time to look for homes since I work 50 hours a week and so it was great that you went with my father showed him homes that I might like and then he would recommend to me which homes he thought would a good home and investment.  I know my dad was very difficult to deal with, but you really worked well with him that is the reason I have this beautiful home today.  I know that if you ever have another Italian father helping his daughter buy a home you will know exactly how to help and you can always call me for tips. I just want to thank you for getting me exactly what I wanted and I know when I told you, “I want that home” you would get the job done.  You always made me feel that you had my best interest at heart and not a commission. I will always recommend you and your competent staff to people I know, please feel free to have them call me.  I would be happy to talk to them.

Thank you for making my recent real estate experiences pleasurable. As you know, this is the 6th home I’ve purchased & sold over the past 5 years and I can honestly say it was the most enjoyable, by far. It was not an easy decision to sell my home in Bellasera, however, downsizing at this point in my life, to pursue my passions, is the right thing to do. I was so pleased that we received a strong offer after only a week on the market. Your research of the neighborhood, other properties that had sold, and ones that were currently on the market, really paid off and helped us secure the best offer possible. I really appreciate the extra time and effort you put forth to make this happen. You and your wonderful assistant Chris were always in touch with me, keeping me posted as to the process, any unforeseen changes and you both kept me sane. From that rainy day I walked into your office, sharing with you that I was working with another realtor, you still reviewed homes with me and did not give me the typical “Oh, you’re working with another realtor” attitude. You maintained the utmost professionalism throughout both the buying and selling process. I was also very pleased with the home buying process. We managed to preview many homes in such a short time frame. I don’t think you ever took a break and you never once complained about going back, repeatedly, to La Contessa, as I was wavering on the decision. Having the owner out of the country did not make our job any easier but you handled it with grace and patience. You also came through with your own personal references for my tile & carpentry needs. Leo did an outstanding job on the flagstone, tile and granite counter tops for a lot less than other contractors. Bill was a savior and has transformed a somewhat dilapidated house into a beautiful home. I have come to know you as a friend and am thankful you were there for me during the “stressful renovation” times. You have continued to follow my progress. You are truly a genuine and kind person.  I would be honored to share your services with any of my friends or clients. I would be doing them a service.

I have purchased or sold over 17 pieces of property in the past 19 years, both personally and for investments.  I have always been weary of dealing with a realtor because of their lack of work ethic, attention to detail, and showing properties that are not conducive to my needs, hence wasting both of our times.  You, however, proved to be the exception to the norm  When I decided to buy a home in Scottsdale to be closer to my family, I enlisted 5 realtors to look for home for me.  Because I was flying in from Los Angeles for only 4 days to find a home, and I did not know the realtors, I expected my time would be wasted with most of them.  I was correct except for you.  If I had known your high level of character and abilities, I could have saved a lot of time by dealing only with you.  Unlike the other realtors, you reviewed applicable neighborhoods, and physically pre-viewed each and every home before we went to see it.  This allowed you to determine whether or not this home would suffice my needs.  When you picked me up, you had a package for me of each home which you thought would meet my requirements, and had planned our driving route to utilize our time.   Although we did not find my “dream home”, I had confidence in your skills and abilities.  So, when you called me 4 days later, and told me that you had found my future home, I was confident enough with you to spend $450,000 on a home that I had never seen.  And you were correct, everything I could have dreamed for was in this home! I would be remiss if I didn’t mention your support group.  Chris, your assistant, takes great pride in making sure things go smoothly during the paperwork process…even going above and beyond by helping coordinate tradesmen for renovations.   By getting to know my wants, needs, and goals personally during the purchase process, you took the initiative to investigate and uncover some investment properties that you thought I might be interested in.  As before, you did not waste my time with properties that would not interest me.  All of them had what a real estate investor is looking for….good cash flow, potential appreciation, and an easily marketable rental property.  Within 30 days, you were able to close on one of these properties with only 10% down, and you had it rented with a 2-year lease at a $500 per month positive cash flow.  Based on comps in the area, I believe it will also appreciate at 10% per year as well.  Based on this deal, I would appreciate you looking for more of them. As before, your and your people were great.  I know we will continue this relationship and friendship for many years to come.  If any of your future customers would like a personnel reference, please feel free to have them call me.  I would be happy to talk to them.  I know that I have found my real estate consultant for life.

As first time homebuyers we weren't sure what to expect when we called Brad on a recommendation from my brother. Brad had us work with a mortgage broker and got us prequalified in a day at a great rate.   Brad did a lot of research to find us a great house that we could afford. We saw four homes and the last one was a spec house still being built.  It was perfect for us. In just a few hours of house hunting we had our home.
