WestWing is located within the Deer Valley School , which includes Stetson Hills entary (K-8) at 35th Avenue and Pinnacle, and Sandra Day O’Connor School at 35th Avenue and Happy Valley. The Deer Valley School expects to open a new entary school in the WestWing Mountain community in fall 2004.
For er education, Arizona State University West and nearby community colleges are located in Glendale and Paradise Valley.
The Homes
WestWing Mountain will offer the lowest residential density of any master-planned community in the area. With only 2150 homes and an overall density of 1.76 units per acre, WestWing Mountain’s density also is substantially lower than that in other communities approved by the City of Peoria. When built out, the community will have more than 2,000 homes, built by six builders, with Mediterranean themes and styles. Homes range from around 1600 to over 4100 square feet, with prices ranging from the low 200’s to the low 500’s.
