Talon is a 6,973 yard par 72 course designed by former PGA and US Open Champion David Graham and architect Gary Panks, and has been named as one of Golf Magazine’s “Top 10 You can Play.” The 7,108 yard, par 72 Raptor course was designed by award winning golf course architect, Tom Fazio. The 40,000 square foot Grayhawk Clubhouse is home to Quill Creek Café and Phil’s Grill.
Classic Residence Senior Living by Hyatt and the Plaza Companies offers a luxury life care retirement community within Grayhawk.
Grayhawk has its own medical campus in the form of Thompson Peak Medical Plaza, a 30,000 square foot medical building housing physicians’ offices in a variety of specialties. The future Scottsdale Healthcare medical campus will be a 50,000 square foot outpatient center which will include cardio diagnostics, x-ray, lab and other services.
The whole community is connected through fiber optic -speed intranet in partnership with Cox Communications.
