Estrella Mountain Ranch is located in Goodyear, the county of Maricopa and the state of Arizona.
Estrella Mountain Ranch, located against the backdrop of the Sierra Estrella Mountains in the city of Goodyear, is truly a master planned community that allows you to “follow your star.” With 72 acres of beautiful blue sparkling lakes for fishing or boating, surrounded by two and a half miles of promenade paths for walking, jogging, biking or rollerblading, there is something for everyone here. Both lakes have a sandy beach for picnicking or sunning. The Yacht Club offers a wide array of vessels to choose from, including sailboats, paddleboats, canoes, electric Sundolphins and kayaks in the lakeside boathouse.

Coming soon to Estrella Mountain Ranch, set to open summer 2004, is the Starpointe Residents Club, a 24,400 square foot recreation and swim center with the look and charm of a seaside resort. It will include a 3,000 square foot fitness room, aerobics room, café, library, youth center, swim center with 12,000 square foot resort-style play pool with two impressive water slides and a simulated beach front setting, in addition to a multifunction room/event lawn.
Jack Nicklaus II’s inaugural Arizona course, the new Estrella Mountain Ranch Golf Club, offers a classic championship, challenging-yet-forgiving golf experience unlike any in the area. The 7,102-yard 18-hole course, with its signature 189-yard par 3 17th hole complies with Jack’s goal of wanting people to “step away from my course having used every club in their bag.”
Shopping at Estrella Mountain Ranch is a pleasurable experience at the country store of Elliot Market, where residents can get groceries and gas in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. The old time soda fountain area with granite counter top and seating, consisting of custom designed tractor seats mounted on top of milk barrels, add to the old world charm. Country Station offers video rentals, mailboxes, dry cleaning services, copy/fax services and shipping. Harvest Moon Café and Hilltop Family Pizza provide casual dining opportunities.
